How do I remove [WordPress] Activation text from activation email

    Hi,

    I have a site which allows registration for new users. The activation email that comes through shows [WordPress] Activation in the subject. How do I remove that and put something else in place?

    I think that’s out of your control without hacking up the core. I’d look into using a seperate plugin to achieve this, that will allow you to customize the subject line and many other fields.

    In the past I’ve used https://wordpress.org/plugins/register-plus-redux/ with great success. I can’t remember if it has these features tho.
