Can Not Use Menu Box

Hello:

Had been using plugin, and it was working fine. Now I attempt to bring up plugin and the menu box is obscured by the square box containing the entire graphic. In other words, I can not add a new item or save or delete.

I tried deleting and re installing the plugin but that did not work. I am thinking it may be another plugin conflict, but how can this be fixed?
