  • It looks like something may have gone wrong when you uploaded the logo and probably the background as well. You may want to go into the theme customization screen and try again.

If you still can’t get it to work, I suggest you check with the author/vendor of the theme: http://themeforest.net/item/increase-premium-business-wordpress-theme/4769391

WARNING: when I checked [WPlocker dot com], which is listed as the vendor of the theme in style.css, I got a virus warning and there are some questionable links throughout that site. Personally, I would be very cautious to use a theme like that. The original theme is on a reputable site, so perhaps your theme has been modified by WPlocker.

but it did work fine for the longest time when i had it under another domain name.

Did you try uploading the logo again in the theme options?

i tried multiple times it doesn’t show. neither the logo, social media icons in the header or the background-image

    Hi ozzy_sh,

Here is the image path to your slider image.
    http://set2save.ca/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/slider11.png

Replace slider11.png with the name of your logo image you uploaded.
Paste it in the browser and see if you can see the image.

Under Media in the WordPress dashboard confirm the image path of the image is correct.

When you migrated your site, the default image path may have changed.

Let me know if you need help.

    Thanks,

    Chris

i replaced it with the logo image didn’t show in my browser so i guess u’re right i have the wrong path. do u think it’s a wrong link in the app_data file i changed or it can be fixed from the dashboard

The easiest way is to navigate to the image from the WP dashboard under Media.

    1. Navigate to Media>Library>
    2. Choose your image and click edit.
    3. To the right it should show you the “File URL:”
    4. Copy the path and paste it in your browser.

If it works, update your theme setting with the new file path.

    Logo should show up.

For future reference, even though you didn’t pay for it, this is a commercial theme. You should contact the theme author on ThemeForest.

Only themes downloaded from WordPress.org are supported πŸ™‚

i actually did pay for the theme. thanks for the advice tho I’ll contact them

I would suggest you update all of your theme files then because your stylesheet is not from ThemeForest and neither are a few other files, hence the virus warning πŸ™‚

    Good to hear!

@ozzy_sh did you get it from WPlocker?

It’s known for offering themes/plugins that contain malicious code. Please read: http://blog.sucuri.net/2014/03/unmasking-free-premium-wordpress-plugins.html
