   Ping List: Not needed, pingomatic hits the most popular sites. Also, weblog pinging has kinda fallen out of favor anyway.

   All-in-one SEO: Some people like it a lot. Your call. I don't use it, but only because I roll the same sort of stuff directly into my own themes and don't need plugins to do it for me.
