I don't have CSS on BuddyPress Profile page

This theme has the best look for the website I’m building, and I found it searching for themes compatible with BuddyPress, so I’m truly bummed when I realize that other themes have nice CSS for the BuddyPress Profile pages. Is this what the Expound BuddyPress Profile page is supposed to look like, or has something gone wrong? I’ve checked it with all plugins (except BuddyPress, of course) disabled, and it’s still like this:
