   I'm just wondering, besides Akismet and WP-SpamFree, do you guys try other spam plug-ins?

   I've tried a few of them but all failed/invalid because SuperCache was caching the captcha, or the math questions and creating invalid comparisons..

   Wish we can exclude a plug-in for being cached by SuperCache..

   I use my "cookies for comments" plugin. Stops 99% of spam dead but don't tell anyone. If everyone used it the spammers would improve their spam bots!

   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/simple-captcha/ requires javascript, as i have seen it was written near it in some post pages of the plugin author blog, does it work with super-cache? i think may be it works also without javascript if super-cache or cache like it is off, because captcha image of it was on page even it was said that it does not work without javascript and "noscript" was blocking scripts.
