Wanting to start an online store for others to list products on.

I’m looking to start a store on my website, but not one where I sell my own products, more like an ebay style setup (although auction style not essential, just fixed prices are fine).

I want to allow people to register, list products for a small fee and pay a final value fee if they sell anything. I don’t want to handle the money, so their own paypal account could be used for that, then i’ll bill them or something similar?

Can anyone recommend a good wp plugin for this? Preferably free or cheap. I have WPMU DEV marketplace before anyone suggests that, but before I even begin with it I see I have to set up some kind of multisite thing and let people have their own subdomain? I don’t want this, I just want my store with others products in. WPMU plugin sounds overly complicated and heavy on my hosting.

Can anyone please suggest something?
