    Regarding the event page ( in the admin ) there are some strange bugs…

    The “?” icons have broken paths… I notice the path is wrong… it is:
    /wp-content/plugins/event-calendar-ticketing/includes//assets/images/help.png

    but there is no images folder in the includes folder, you see the double “//” in the path as well… I had to download the assets/images folders, place them in the includes folder and upload for the images to display… also, the elements have inline styles ( widths )

    eg:

    #ignitewoo_events_wrap label, #ignitewoo_events_wrap legend {
        float: left;
        padding: 0;
        width: 150px;
    }

    which looks like it is in the “/wp-admin/post.php?post=163&action=edit” and it is breaking the venue line…

    the select location is buggy as well

    Send you support requests by contacting us directly – as we stated in the plugin’s FAQ. Unless you want to wait for us to get around to checking this support area – which we rarely do.

    Thanks but I have sent numerous emails on your site & even left a phone message and have NEVER heard back… spent $99 on this plugin and got ZERO support (your site says it covers one year support) does that actually mean it takes a year to get a response? Too bad… I had a few simple questions that could have easily been answered but you chose to ignore EVERY attempt I made to contact you… now as I look around, I see many others experiencing the same negligence… thanks for nothing…

    Events Calendar & Ticketing is free. Not sure who you gave $99 to but it sure wasn’t us. Or maybe you’re referring to some other plugin we sell?
