    Hello guys

    I’m Using wordpress 3.8.1 and i have a problem

    when you click on the href link it jumps to the top of page even jquery drop down menus and the buttons of my blog
    when you Right click on the website it jumps my popup blocks not showing it jumps to the top of page
    where is the problem
