URL field on plugin add form is too short!

Hi. I tried to add a new plugin to the directory, but my URL got truncated. When I tried to resubmit (putting the full URL in the description), it complained that the name was taken, presumably by my first submission.

I’d love to be able to finish the submission, since it worked out well with my first plugin, but I am at a loss as to where to turn.
