Transfer content from blog to blog

    I have a blog that I would like to basically transfer from one host to another one. Is there a way to transfer all the pages, posts, etc. at one time or would I have to copy them one at a time or is there another way?
    As you can probably tell by the question I’m not too swift on the computing so I need a fairly simple solution if someone has one.
