    The PressThis editor is a “special case”. It is possible to change the buttons there, but most likely it would need another settings screen to choose buttons, as it isn’t set in exactly the same way as the main editor.

    A better option would probably be to enable the new menu coming in TinyMCE 4 in a few days.
