   Installed WP, got some warning that headers cannot be modified during the stall process.

   Then after step2 i got the dashboard page, without any theme, just in plain format.

   Tried themes or any other settings, i get the this error.

   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at ..../wp-config.php:25) in ....../pluggable.php on line 369.

   I have just mocked the error message as am not able to get to the actual message now, am not even able to login now.

   do i have permission any folders.
   I have installed it in my site in a folder named wordpress_photoblog.

   can somebody point me to the right direction pls.

   Did you already read the "Codex" and search the forums?

   Sorry i must have mentioned that, yes i did search and read the resolution for such a message.

   I tried editing as plain text for the config.php and the pluggable.php files and checked for the <? tags at the start and end.

   Deleted all db tables and files reloaded them again and tried installing, still same issue.

   To add to it, if you navigate to the above link and check any of the links on the blog the URL seems to be wrong, it directs me to something like www.myurl.com/step?=2 which takes me to my home page and not to the blog page.

   Are you uploading files via FTP using ASCII mode?

   Got this solution from hours of research in these forums, cant remember who gave this solution, but finally this works for brinkster hosting with windows IIS.

   commented code is old code (wp-settings.php)
