jquery-colorbox appears to conflict with awesome flickr gallery

I have recently changed the way Awesome Flickr Gallery displays images and this seems to break jquery-colorbox. I narrowed it down to this by turning off all plugins. Now that I know the problem I just need to work out what about the two plugins is conflicting.

I assume it is javascript but not being well versed in these things I’m not sure which part. The URL is http://tinyurl.com/oubrr9s and it is the link for the map and pop out iframe at the top right which break.

Any help would be great.
