HELIX FRAMEWORK Installation Problem

Hello,

I am currently using the “Vin Builder – Clean and Minimalist” theme for wordpress. It states that I need to download and install a “Helix plugin”. I tried downloading almost all the versions of plugins I could find, but all of them have failed to install. Could anyone please help me?
