reinstall of plug in isn't working

I am trying to plug in Aweber form on my wordpress blog. It worked and then stopped working so I deleted it and tried to reinstall and I’m getting a message that it’s in a destination file and can’t be re-installed. I tried deleting the destination file – not sure if I did this correctly. Using google chrome.
