Is there a plugin for custom post field calculations?

Hey everyone.
I’m looking for a plugin or tutorial to add up the values (price) of a certain custom field in a custom post type.
There are custom posts with various statuses (published, concept…), and when these are clicked, I would like the value to change dynamically based on which status is being shown, or “All” to show all.
This only needs to happen in the backend.
The value should be shown at the top, possibly even in the post status ie. Published (15 items – 300 dollars).

Any ideas are welcome.
