After upgrading to 2.5.1 the geo plugin doesn't work for me.
http://dev.wp-plugins.org/wiki/GeoPlugin
Version: 1.9.1
All post location data missing and no option to add data on the edit post page, although I can still set the options for the plugin.
Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I'm experiencing the same thing on www.wandrlust.net
It's killing me because I was using it with Yong Fooks 'Plug 'n Play Google Maps', and now I'm hosed. I don't know what I can use for a replacement.

So was I. I upgraded another site straight to WP 2.6 - and the geo plugin and "Plug and Play google maps" is works on that. Hurragh! I'd try upgrading.
While I was looking at alternatives I found these which are worth a look, not exactly the same, but some nice features and both being supported and developed.

The Geo plugin has been out of date for quite a while now. I've been maintaining my own copy of it and keeping it working for myself though, as the upgrades have gone on. Adding features as I needed them, that sort of thing.
Here's a copy of it that works for me right now with the latest WordPress:

That is fantastic! I had just realised it wasn't fully working on 2.6 but uploaded your version, problem solved. Thanks! :)
Actually, I just grabbed a copy of that wordpress-geo-mashup plugin and modified it a bit to include more of the geo metadata. I like it because it has that nifty google map to pick the location.
Still, either way is good.
There is now also this plugin that I've been working on:
