clicking any link returns me to home page

OST 1.8.1.1
OST-WP Bridge 1.9.2

installation and setup went well. OST shows up in my WordPress template fine.

When I click either “Open New Ticket” or “My Tickets”, I just get sent to the home (default) page.

Clicking “Open New Ticket” gives the following URL: http://mydomain.com/wpdev/?service=new

Clicking “My Tickets” gives the following URL: http://mydomain.com/wpdev/?service=list

Have you seen this before? Any suggestions?
