W3 Total Cache, CloudFront and Dynamic-Gen not showing theme

    Hello,

    I am trying to use W3 Total Cache and Amazon CloudFront with the Dynamic-Gen Theme. This is the only time where the theme is not showing when the CDN is switched on (images show, rest is default letters on white pages).
    Seems to have to do with this specific theme where styles are being compiled dynamically (no static style sheet).

    Any way around this, e.g. excluding the theme or is there a trick for such themes?
