• Ever since the last upgrade AND since these new companies have become involved not only is the plugin not working as well for me, but I am having ALL TYPES of problems getting support for my issues. When it was the original developer handling things, problems were resolved very quickly. That’s no longer the case and that’s unfortunate.

    I am sorry for your issues TDRock, we are trying to assist people asap, but don’t forget that this is a free plugin and our paid clients are a higher priority since they pay our bills 🙂 .

    Well when I first got the plugin there was no paid/unpaid hierarchy. A LOT seems to have changed. YOU should be mindful of the fact that a lot of your customers are probably not aware of what’s going on.

    In fact, I noticed the plug in mentions something about if you want to keep using the free version do this or that, but it doesn’t mention how to go up to a paid version. ???
