Catablog and Spam

    Hi MDIWade, what kind of spam filters have you used? Have you got any anti spam plugin installed or security plugins installed that will block the IP address etc?

    Thanks for responding, currently I have tried both Spam Free WordPress and MP Spam Be Gone. These have both stopped comment span on other sites.

    In the last 4 hours I have had 7 comments left from 5 IP’s. The above mentioned plugins have stopped spam without manually entering IP addresses.

    Hi try the following security plugin. I use this plugin on one of my clients websites with CataBlog installed and it works for me.
