Change default Billing/Shipping Address titles site wide | WordPress.org

Hi there,

Wondering if anyone knows a simple way of editing/changing the titles for Billing Address and Shipping Address to our own titles site wide – thats on all cart/checkout forms and within the my account pages when editing addresses. It needs to able to override woo commerce but still allow the plugin to be updated.

Can use child themes to edit this if needs be? Or is there another way..?
Perhaps with a functions command or something..

Please let the know if you have any ideas to solve this.

All strings in WooCommerce are localized so you should be able to use the technique described in this doc:

http://support.woothemes.com/entries/22520857-Quickly-Translate-Or-Replace-WordPress-Localized-Site-Text

An example would be something like below.
```
add_filter('gettext', 'translate_text');
add_filter('ngettext', 'translate_text');
function translate_text($translated) {
$translated = str_ireplace('Billing Address', 'New Text', $translated);
return $translated;
}
```
