Entire Content of TOS shown instead of just the link

    On Edit User Profile page, at the Terms of Service section, the page shows the checkbox, then “*Please indicate that you agree to the
    ” and then the entire contents of the TOS is shown and the entire text is a link. At the end of the TOS text is:
    target=”_blank”> TOS

    Also, at the top and bottom of the user profile page, just above Edit Your Information and below Required Field, are some parts of input boxes or something. Using Firebug, the code is:

    There was a bug in 2.9 with the TOS. Updating to 2.9.1 will resolve it.

    Thank you. Updated just now.
    Now the user profile page has only this showing on frontend:

    Nevermind.
    Discovered that wp-members was not activated. Not sure why.
    Activated it and now TOS problem is gone.
    Still have odd parts of input boxes, but perhaps that a CSS issue.
