No matter what I do, no matter what starting location I put (I’ve tried country, city and state, and full address), when I load the page I get a “No Results Found” error, an empty starting location field, a map pin in the middle of Africa, and no stores listed. It all works fine if I close the error window, but it comes up every time. Help? I’ve disabled all other plugins, changed themes, and it still happens.

I’m using the most recent version of the plugin.

What is the url of your site? Where are the store supposed to be located?

Can you check if the WP_DEBUG is set to true in the wp-config.php? If so, can you try to set it to false and see if that fixes it?

Can you please check why my search is not working.

I already set wp_debug to false, actually it is false in default.

The red marker is on the equator, and that only happens when there is no start location defined. You should do that first on the settings page -> map settings. Also, in which part of the world are the locations supposed to be shown?

I did that,

I set Oxfordshire, United Kingdom as the start point and for the map region i set United Kingdom.
