• I just switched my WordPress theme back to Twenty Thirteen from another theme to see if the theme was the reason my site was slowing down. When I returned to the theme selector page, it gave me a “page not found” page.

How do I get back the theme page in WordPress Admin?

    Thanks for your help!

  • What version of WordPress are you using? Do you have a link to your site?

If you have access to the server using ftp, then you can delete your child theme so it will default to the twenty thirteen theme.

Okay, so I did that and was able to then change the theme to twenty fourteen.

After refreshing the site it redirects me to the domain I intially installed WordPress on before moving it to my current domain. So I went into the database a changed the “home” and “site-address” fields back to RockfordRowing.com

After refreshing my site the correct homepage will come up, but all of the links continue to redirect to the old domain. And the database reverted back to the old domain.

How is it redirected to my old site after I switch the “home” and site-address” and how do I get it to go straight to my new domain.

    Thanks for your help!

You never mentioned that you had just moved it. This should help you: http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress

I had successfully moved it a month ago or so ago, but I’m a little lost as to why it is still redirecting to my other domain after I have switched the “home” and “site_url” to the new domain.

    Thanks for your help.
