Multiple WordPress Themes?

Joomla has a feature that allows multiple Templates/Themes to be active on one website. You can specify a Page to be on the selected Theme. Does WordPress have a feature like this?
I know about Responsive websites but I don’t like the way they reorg the pages. Is there a way to define a smaller mobil sized page and then assign the elements that you want on to that page. I.E. A smaller page with a header image with a lists of posts below it. I don’t want people to have to scroll right and left across a full sized page.
