    Yes, I think so. With respect to https://cacoo.com/diagrams/zy0t2bpIqRvdupzA-4D565.png, A and B are filled out.

    I tried uninstall and reinstalling the plugin. I’ve also tried deactivating all other plugins, but I still get the same result.

    Now that I think about it, do you think it has anything to do with the recent update?

    Edit: Never mind, I just tried using the previous version and it still doesn’t work.

    Here’s how my mail looks like:

    To: mygmail@gmail.com
    From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
    Subject: [your-subject]

    Message body:
    From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
    Subject: [your-subject]

    Message Body:
    [your-message]

    Oh my god, I found out why. It was because I was using a @gmail.com address for my mail set up. That’s weird because I used the same gmail.com for my other blogs with the same contact form and it worked.

    Anyway, thanks for the great form.
