    Hi Joe,

I have people who would like to subscribe to the calendar in their Gcals. I know you can do that with the .ics feature, but that appears to be month-specific, such that they have to grab a new .ics every single month… not really the ideal functionality.

    So, two questions:

    1) There is some kind of Gcal feature embedded (usable in templates with the {gcal} and {gcal_link} shortcodes I believe) — Is that an ongoing full calendar subscription, or is that event/month-specific too?

    2) There doesn’t seem to be a way to add {gcal} to the bottom of the main calendar grid (under Subscribe by RSS and Download as iCal) without editing the plugin files. What would be the best way to do that?

The {gcal} feature is event-specific; it only refers to the currently active event, and allows you to add that event to your calendar. So it wouldn’t have any meaning to add it to the other options.

My Calendar doesn’t have any ongoing Google Calendar subscription mechanism.

    Ok, thanks.

That would be a great future feature!!
