Modifying the cart

Had no problems with update to 2.1.4–just wanted to throw that in (Genesis framework, Genesis connect for Woo). However I no longer understand how to alter the look of certain things like the cart. I would like to move the “enter your address to check shipping” section. It looks like there’s no longer a single .php file I would modify. Can anyone provide insight into making changes or point me to documentation on the relationship of the files in this version? (e.g. a cart.php still exists but is no longer a single file to be altered when looking to make changes)
Any help or even a start is greatly appreciated!
