I have the mirror sql & local host working with xampplite, but I'm wondering if someone has an easy way of importing dummy content (as opposed to writing new pages and posts, categories, links, tags, and attachments) to help with creating new themes.
There's an ipsum extension for firefox that ads random ipsum text in whatever field you click in. Love that!

You can use the "Sandbox Designs Competition" Dummy Content :

that was perfect. I'm using it in my test blogs, and localhost now. THanks a ton!

the sandbox theme is no longer in development, and the image files linked to that post no longer exist. I now use this dummy content, which is just as good. http://wpcandy.com/articles/easier-theme-development-with-the-sample-post-collection.html
