Post not tracking

After publishing a post, I made a change to part of the URL, and it isn’t being tracked at all, not by the GA plug-in nor by Google Analytics. I can’t find any support for the main Google Analytics.

Any idea how to make it start tracking the post? Any idea how to contact Google Analytics?
