Exclude a title with sign

    Hello
    I just try to exclude (“Exclude headings” setting) a “Google+” title added by the Jetpack to the end of each posts but there is an issue with “+” sign.

    It’s not a bit problem as I can use a wildcard but I also have some posts with “Google” in title.

    I just wanted to mention, thank you for this great plugin!
