How to Edit Form – Which Files to Touch?

Installed and works fine so far. Thanks for creating this great free porduct. 2 quick questions please.

Need to edit the submission form to show “Islands” instead of “State”. Which files do we need to edit to make this happen?

Would also like to edit the font face and size on the form.

Do not want to edit one file and throw anything else off, so your input is kindly requested.
