[Plugin: Woocomerce] missing thank you page

Hi! After checkout on my shop, message order recived not show on site. They redirect to cart and give error for minimum order. I set minimum order 30$ with same code found here, but error shows on every order. I recive notification emails for orders, but not show thank you page on site to customers.
