• My website has been crashing regularly, and it is only new with very few plugins, latest version of wordpress etc..

According to my host this error is coming up, but they have no idea why, everything their end looks fine, and its basically a new install only created a month ago (and yes its the latest version of the plugin).

Anyone else got any clues?? It is a live site with paid members so need to get this fixed.

  • Hey there,

Could you tell us a little bit more about your situation?
When did you start receiving this error?
On what pages are you receiving this error?
What kind of server environment are you runnning (LAMP, IIS, etc.)?
Are you using any addons/custom functionality?

Additionally, you may want to take these steps to see if you can isolate the issue:

    1. Switch to a default WordPress theme such as twentyfourteen.
    2. Deactivate all plugins one by one.

    Hope that helps!

    Thanks,
    Jess
