Dash-board gone out of order, stop working

Hello,

My dash board has gone out of order and looking different. It stop working…

I have updated three themes, NewTek, Aspen and Responsive. And after that the Dash-board has gone out of order.

Please help me , I cant do any any thing with out the dash board. The link in the dash board is not opening.
