   When my Customize Permalink Structure is:
   /http:/vitalityfitblog.com/
   Then my catagory sruecture looks like this:
   http://vitalityfitblog.com/topics/heart-health/

   And my posts get "Error 404 - Not Found" and the structure looks like this:
   http://vitalityfitblog.com/http:/vitalityfitblog.com/

   that's not the correct way of setting up permalinks.

   the most common permalink structure is:

   /%category%/%postname%/

   You can combine as many of the permalink tags as you want:

   View this page

   Thanks that worked. Problem solved in not time,
   Why when I search on Permalink or Permalinks is it that I get no results?

   WordPress support search is broken right now. I get no results for every search.
