Yes, we tested it with WooCommerce 2.0.x and 2.1.x and it’s working properly.

Have a problem since today. I get the following warning:

Warning: require_once(/home3/pirateco/public_html/shop/wp-content/themes/virtue/lib/vendor/autoload.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home3/pirateco/public_html/shop/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-skrill-moneybookers-gateway/src/plugin-main.php on line 7

I deinstalled the plugin because it broke down my shop. Now the shop is up but I can not install the plugin anymore. I always get this warning?

    My Page is http://shop.winevademecum.com

It looks like and edge case. On your site, the plugin is being loaded from the wrong location and that it’s tricked to look for one of its files in the wrong place. Since such file is not where the plugin is looking for it, then the error is thrown. I will ask to have a look to find out why that could be happening.

So what do I have to do. The problem is, that when I reinstall it the whole performance of the shop ist destroyed. What would be the next stept to do?

@pirateconsult this thread was opened by another user for something different, it’s good practice to open a new one when requesting support. Please note that, as specified on plugin description, we do not guarantee free support for free plugins, therefore it may take longer than usual to respond to support requests.

Regarding the issue, the plugin doesn’t contain any code that could have an impact on performance. As a payment gateway, it doesn’t actually do much unless users reach checkout, therefore I would exclude that performance issues depend on it.

I appreciate you support, thanks in advance! I am not a pro. I only say what happend. My performanca was done and I saw only the message you see above. After deleting the plugin it worked again. Take the time you need.

@pirateconsult I reckon that the error message and the performance issue may be related, but I still think that they depend on the setup, rather than the Skrill plugin.

By the way, I would strongly recommend reviewing your site design. The image of the bottle of wine is 700kB. That’s way too much, you should look to reduce it to a few kB.

Thanks for the reply. You right. That is the wrong picture!

    Done!-) Thanks for the hint
