I’ve never used it before so I can’t be sure, but EDD does have an audio player extension. Also the theme Marketify for EDD built by Astoundify includes a different EDD audio player.

Ok thank you; I have got it to work during test mode, still ironing out hurdles etc. I have been entering short code links for the downloads in the player, but when clicked another tab is opened to take me to the purchase button, I want it to open _self rather than _blank. Time will tell!
I am placing the downloads short-link code into the buttons on the html5-jquery-audio-player pro, when clicked; another tab opens up displaying the correct ‘ADD TO CART BUTTON’ (so job half done)
Looking at the player buttons in Chrome Inspect Element shows this:
myurl/?p=1381″ class=”buyy isactive” target=”_blank”>
Whilst in Inspect Element when I change _blank to _self I get the ‘ADD TO CART BUTTON’ to view in the same tab 🙂 (job done!)
Where + what code do I change for this to be permanent?

Looks like this will require some custom development and direct modification of the audio player plugin. I’m sorry but that’s not really something we can help you with.

You will need to replace the current buttons/links with add to cart buttons.

When I click ‘add to cart’ – the ‘check out’ button pops up after saying ‘added to cart’ as intended.
I want to try this option; when I click add to cart I want to have the option to return the buyer back to to previous music player page to continue adding tracks rather than using the back browser arrow.
Or have the option to automatically return the buyer to the previous music player page after they see the words pop up ‘added to cart’

How do I stop the (Check Out) LINK / BUTTON; appearing after clicking add to cart + Added to Cart flashes on then off!
Ideally I want a LINK / BUTTON to appear in it’s place that will take buyers back to my mp3 purchase area.

An answer to this would be nice, but I have sort of cured this problem by doing this:
I have ticked the box in settings-misc-that takes buyers straight to the check-out page after clicking add to cart on any mp3, on the check-out page I have placed a link to return to my mp3 sales page. So works for me for now 🙂
There is not an option to take them back to the previous page, sorry.
