add admin panel to a page

I have a subscription-based site, and I want my members to be able to change their password and accoutn info without having to go into the black and gray admin panel. Is there a way to take all of that and put it on a page?

I have tried the plugin AG Custom Admin. It only lets me customize the admin, but not actually move it to a page or style it as a page. Other plugins that I’ve searched seem to do the same thing. If I’m not searching for the right thing, what do i look for? Thanks in advance.
