Seems you are using Twitter Cards Meta By WPDeveloper.net or some other plugin to manage Meta tags.

If you use duplicate set of meta tag you may encounter failure in post publicize.
Make sure you only use one plugin to manage Meta tags and try again.

Actually Publicize stopped publishing on Twitter before I installed this plugin.
And now that I have this plugin I still don’t seen any duplicate sets of meta tags related to Twitter. Also a note: why wasn’t it a problem to use Publicize and SEO plugins that also manage Meta tags?
So, I guess the problem is with Publicize.
Hi samaralife, how do you publish your posts? Are they scheduled posts? Do you use Live Writer or another external service to write and publish your posts? What plugins do you have installed and active?
To me the same thing happens. I can’t publish automatically my posts on twitter.
