Hiding Contact Form 7, Tools and Jetpack

Hi. Thank you for an excellent plugin. It works great. I have one small question.
I have set a user role with very limited capabilities. However, Contact Form 7, Tools and Jetpack are still visible in the dashboard. How can I hide these menu items from this user role?
