You should create a Child theme to make your changes. If you do not, all of your changes will be lost if you update your theme.
Try adding this to the end of your child theme’s style.css:
#main {
border-right: 1px solid #000000;
}
#primary {
border-right: 1px solid #000000;
padding-right: 10px;
margin-top: 0;
}
I have created a child theme.
THANK YOU!
But as you can see on the picture below the border on the left side of the sidebar doesn’t go all the way down. It works perfect on the front page, but not in posts and pages.
(The left border ends where the content of the page/post ends)
Do you have a resolution?

Sorry, don’t know how to do that without modifying the template that displays the page.
my question is similar- the sidebar-background stopps, but the text is longer
Screenshot:
It works but leaves a huge emptimess after the last article. for me thats after any RSS or another text widget.
Be like falling into Lowes Gully…(Google that its Interesting.)

but you don’t have an idea- or is there a solution?
