Drop files anywhere to upload not working in IE

    I just visited a client of mine to give him a review of updating posts and the screen in the media library would did not show the “Drop files anywhere to upload” I assume it was the version of IE he was using I believe it was IE 8 or 9 on Windows 7 platform. I’ve checked on several different PC at my office and have not duplicated the issue.

    Just as a note I am a web designer not a tech, so part of the problem is I did not want to poke around on his PC. I only train on WordPress, do not install anything on client PCs.

    Has anyone ran into this issue before? If so, is there a resolution?
