WP 3.81 cannot save changes in Dashboard

    I noticed yesterday, when my webpage was slow or not loading at all, I could not make any changes to any page, setting, etc. I could not even deactivate plugins in my Dashboard.
    I have deactivated all plug-ins via FTP by renaming. Reinstalled WP 3.8.1. I have Thesis 1.6.

    I still cannot make any changes in the Dashboard.
