Purge from CDN does not actually do anything

    Whether using the W3TC Dashboard to purge the CDN completely, or purging individual files using the Purge from CDN link – neither actually purges the files from MaxCDN.

    Logging into MaxCDN and purging from their interface works just fine.

    On at least 10 occasions, I’ve purged all caches and the CDN using your Dashboard yet I am still able to pull up files that were completely deleted and purged – in any browser with no cache turned on. So I can confirm this is a repeatable bug.
