Bitly links for canonical – bad for SEO
-
We’ve noticed that many themes seem to end up with a bit.ly link as the canonical for the page – this is a really, really bad idea from an SEO standpoint and it also breaks other service (including our Repost plugin)
Is there an easy way to suppress this behavior?
