Hi “4020”,
1) Not sure about the styling problem. Probably a basic question but did you press the “update” button after making changes to your searchbox ?
2) Indeed, you should have the nice & good looking calendars showing up when users click on the dates fields. However, due to code issues on your site, jQuery is not loading… hence the calendar are not displayed. Have a look yourself by pressing F12, on the right of the panel that shows up you’ll see the list of errors in your code.
Cheers

Hi Greg
Thanks for getting back to me.
I did update & have just changed the skin to “sunny” but still see the same green text.
Those code errors are a surprise to me (simply using a child theme of Genesis). Any simple way to deal with them? The technical side is way beyond me.
Thanks.

Ah I see the confusion. The skin you are selecting is for the calendars, not for the text (or bg color) in the searchbox. See the colored boxes on the searchbox edit page ? That’s what you need to edit and update.
I can’t comment on the theme or other plugins. Fact is there are errors preventing jQuery to load on your site. As much as I’d want to, I can’t do much about it and this isn’t the thread for it.
Nb: Give a try at disabling your minify-ing plugin.

Getting there … deactivating the minify plugin has allowed the calendar option to appear.
But still can’t see where to change that green text.

Hi Greg
Where are you referring to when you say:
“See the colored boxes on the searchbox edit page”?
In the editable area I see the following:
=====================================
Customize your booking widget
How should it all look?
Box Background Color
Box Text Color
=====================================
But this doesn’t seem to be the place to change that green text.
Is there somewhere else I’m missing?
Thanks

I looked at the code of your site. Your H3 definition overwrite the CSS of the plugin.
