processor load of plugins

    Maybe some of you already had a chance to test this, so any one of you knows whether the use of plugins (eg ones that go through the entire post before output) takes a lot of processor resources?

    Depends on the code in the plugin really.
    All a plugin file is is a file that is included and run. That itself isn’t much of a load at all.. none really. What matters is what the plugin does.
    Also there are almost no plugins whose code will make a significant impact. So I really wouldn’t worry about it.
